Our universal desires for privacy and information increasingly conflict. Intimate aspects of our lives are being democratized as our capacity for data collection grows exponentially. With the erratic revelations of nude bodies underneath a translucent sheet, I emphasize our constant effort to protect the personal from the gaze of the modem — and consequently, the public.
